 Merle Turner, D.O., Medical Director
Merle C. Turner, DO attended medical school at the Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine. After graduating in 1975, he served a rotating internship at Phoenix General Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to establishing Warner Family Practice, Dr. Turner served as Chairman of the Department of Family Medicine at Tempe St. Luke’s Hospital. From 1986-87 he served as President of the Medical Staff. Dr. Turner is fully licensed by the Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners and Board Certified with the American Osteopathic Medical Examiners and American Osteopathic Board of Family Practitioners. Currently he is part of Eli Lilly's Speakers Bureau.
 Brad Myers, Director and Certified Life Coach, CC, CNT
Brad Myers is a certified Life Coach with extensive experience and certifications in Holistic Nutritional Therapies and Personal Training. Brad has been a competitive body builder since 1997 and utilizes his total approach life coaching skills to specialize in weight loss and holistic health.
